Slanted Door's Head Chef Justine Kelly and Sous-Chef Victor Harvey invite you to start the New Year with them at a private, chef's-table dinner at Charles Phan's Prep Kitchen! Justine and Victor will dazzle you with a grill-based Vietnamese feast, brought out, family-style, and served to you by Sprouts' youth chefs. A complete vegetarian menu is available. 25 dinner guests. *Proceeds from the dinner help maintain our scholarship fund and all tickets are Tax-Deductible

KIDS! Get Your Grill On!
Have your kids attend a hands-on cooking class with the head chefs before the dinner! Class takes place right in The Slanted Door Prep Kitchen right alongside Slanted Door's head chef!
January 1st: 3 to 5 p.m.
Chefs Justine and Sous-Chef Victor of The Slanted Door will teach your child essential grill skills, from firin' up the grill, to cooking meats to perfection, to marinating tofu and vegetables, to caramelizing fruit. Kids will create and eat their own shishkababs, and prep for a private dinner following the class. You're child will leave the class with the confidence to man the grill and dazzle your company at the next neighborhood barbeque. Join us! Get your grill on!
