A Musical Enigma: Matmos Meets Turing March 3, 2006

"A special concert on March 3rd at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in Berkeley, California entitled "A Musical Enigma: Matmos Meets Turing". The concert will involve software emulations of encryption processes, and "sound re-enactments" of incidents in the life of mathematician, philosopher, and cryptographer Alan Turing. We are now pleased to announce that this concert will feature contributions by mail from David Tibet of Current 93 (as the voice of Alan Turing) and Clodagh Simonds of Mellow Candle. At some point we'd like to prepare a version of the Turing material for release (hint hint)."
