A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM - Humber College Studio Theatre
Directed by Diana Belshaw and performed by Humber Theatre graduate students, this production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream offers a unique setting for the traditional text.
At the heart of Belshaw’s newly imagined A Midsummer Night’s Dream is the notion of growing up, taking responsibility and restoring balance. In a predominantly female cast, gender politics are explored as the actors dash through a decayed moonlit forest set high amidst the tree tops.
