In tandem with Make Music NY, head to Williamsburg, Brooklyn on the official first day of summer for a FREE outdoor bbq music party from 6PM until 9PM at the lovely outdoor patio of HOPE Lounge, on the corner of Hope & Roebling, just a few short blocks from the Bedford stop on the L train. Featuring an open mic early, bar & bbq, special guest artists, and an all star lineup of songwriters & musicians, it will be the perfect place to share a sunset, make new friends & catch up with old, and enjoy some great new music.

Dan and his band have appeared at most top NYC music rooms including the Canal Room, the Cutting Room and The Bitter End. ASCAP praised his "accomplished keyboard work and sophisticated yet catchy pop songcraft" and industry buzz about his first CD landed him a coveted slot as a featured artist at the 2006 Tribeca Film Festival/ASCAP Music Lounge where he and his band performed alongside Nellie McKay, John Mayer, Martin Luther and Elvis Costello. Since self-producing and releasing her After The Fall EP independently last year, Williamsburg local Amy Clarke has performed solo at The Cutting Room, The Bitter End, CB's 313 Gallery, Rose Live Music & Rockwood Music Hall, started touring nationally, experimented live with excellent guest musicians, & staged a series of up-and-coming songwriter showcases in Williamsburg and Manhattan. She was also a finalist for #1 EP Artist in Radio Crystal Blue’s Airplay Vote 06-07 (in addition to countless FM, internet, & satellite radio spins) & received her first ASCAPlus Award. She is currently recording a full album to be released through non-traditional distribution methods.
