Presented by William (Bill) Luna, author of Hispanics in America’s Defense, at the request of the U.S. Department of Defense (1982). William Luna served in the U.S. Army from 1955-1961 with the 11th Airborne Division as a Paratrooper and was a Green Beret in the 10th and 12th Special Forces. No registration.
