A course in cheese at The Cheese Course July 20, 2012

Join cheesemongers and Steve Plaut, local wine educator, for a class teaching the essentials of pairing cheese and white wine. During this class, both instructors will steer you through cheese knowledge while suggesting ideal pairings with select white wines. Featured cheeses are provided by Vermont Butter and Cheese Company, winner of 3 Gold Sofi Awards including Best Product Line at The 2012 Fancy Food Show Awards in Washington DC.
