A Centered Approach to Calm Farrier Visits June 27, 2009

Bryan Farcus runs his own farrier & horse training business (Farrier Friendly) and has spent years growing his love and knowledge of horses through a career as an instructor at Meredith Manor, an equestrian college in WV. He has traveled the US, spending weeks at a time with top trainers. In this second session in our Everyday Horsemanship Clinic series, Bryan will be showing us techniques for creating a calm environment during your farrier's visit, as well as other training methods for everyday horse handling.

With our indoor arena, heated observation room and fully equipped facilities, you will find a quiet, peaceful place to share your love of horses. Refreshments will be served and the second half of the program will allow for a voluntary hands-on opportunity!
