9:KCiF The Kansas City Improv Festival September 9, 2009

09/09/09 The Kansas City Improv Festival kicks off its ninth year with an exciting line up on four separate nights.

Performances run nightly from 09/09/09 – 09/12/09, starting at 7:00 p.m. CT and feature Improv-Abilites, Der Monkenpickel w/Jason Sudekis, Sisters Baldwin from iO West, Messing w/ a Friend and Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show amongst others.

Shows will be held at the Off Center Theater at Crown Center, 2450 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO. 64108. Ticket price varies per date: Wednesday $15, Thursday $20, Friday and Saturday $25

Visiting performers will host workshops for all experience levels. Topics include: Powerful Characters, Standing Out in the Scene, Yes, Jumpstarting your Improv Skillset, Camera Technique and the Improv Actor.
