8th Balaton Symposium on High-Performance Separation Methods and 15th International Symposium on Separation Sciences September 1, 2009

The focus of the 8th Balaton Symposium will be on the various analytical, preparative and industrial separation methods and techniques. The Symposium will place special emphasis on new developments in pharmaceutical, environmental, biomedical, forensic, and industrial separation methods. Further on, it will also be devoted to research papers on different fields of planar chromatography, on all kinds of stationary phases and with various modes of migration of the mobile phase. In this context, the Symposium will place accent on new developments in pharmaceutical, environmental, biomedical, forensic, industrial, and hyphenated techniques (MS, NMR), bioanalytical, radioanalytical, TLC/planar separation methods; sample preparation and new column technology will also be presented. The discussion forum invites scientists from all over the world to a pleasant atmosphere on the shore of Central Europe’s largest lake.
