89.7 KACC to Debut New Morning Show May 25, 2009

Two of the most familiar voices of the Gulf Coast Rocker 89.7 FM KACC are combining forces this summer on a new morning show called, "The Morning Drive with Joseph and Paula." The show will debut Monday morning, May 25, at 6 a.m. and will combine the entertainment styles of Joseph Lopez with the professional delivery of longtime air personality Paula Guidry. The show will air Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Lopez and Guidry are students pursuing degrees in Alvin Community College's Communication Department. Together, they set to brave the airwaves every weekday morning by providing an energetic spark to the morning drive time radio slot. KACC Station Manager Mark Moss commented, "I am excited about Joseph and Paula doing a show together. They are both tremendously talented air personalities, and to have them together in the morning will benefit our listeners exponentially."
