7th Annual City of Oakland Housing Fair June 14, 2008

This free, one-day Housing Fair features information booths and workshops for first-time homebuyers, renters, landlords and homeowners. Local government housing agencies, lenders, realtors, non-profit organizations and developers will staff information booths throughout Frank Ogawa Plaza. Workshop topics include: Tenants and Landlords rights under rent control; Steps to buying a home; Successful homeownership and Green Living.
