6th Annual San Francisco Homeownership Fair October 2, 2010

The Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), in collaboration with the San Francisco Homeownership Steering Committee, is pleased to announce the 6th Annual San Francisco Homeownership Fair 2010: It's Your Dream! Make It Your Reality! The event will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 10am to 2pm on 19th Street, between Mission and Capp Streets, in front of Plaza Adelante, 2301 Mission Street.

The Fair will introduce a diverse cross section of San Francisco residents to homeownership opportunities available in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. The event will be completely trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Spanish and will provide information on traditional homeownership products, affordable opportunities, and resources for existing homeowners. Information will be provided by a variety of organizations including lenders, realtors, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. The Fair was a huge success in 2009, attracting over 700 interested homebuyers. Participants represented 30 different neighborhoods in San Francisco, and 41 additional zip codes throughout the Bay Area.
