Austin’s most unlikely musicians, including doctors, software engineers and lawyers, will take the stage to raise funds for Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, a local non-profit organization that provides Austin’s low-income musicians with access to affordable healthcare. Corporate Battle of the Bands will feature bands made up of full-time employees who play music on the side that will steal the spotlight in front of cheering friends, family, co-workers and live music fans. Each band is sponsored by a local business. The show will be presented by Cirrus Logic and H-E-B. In addition, there will be an after party and CD release from Austin favorite Soul Track Mind. Bands from Cirrus Logic, H-E-B, HomeAway, Intel, St. David’s Foundation, and Seton Healthcare Family will battle it out on stage. Doors open at 6pm and the after party featuring Soul Track Mind goes until 1am. Tickets will be $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
