5th Annual Puggerfest in OKC! October 4, 2008

On Saturday, Oct. 4th, from 10am to 4pm, Homeward Bound Pug Rescue & Adoption of Oklahoma will be having their 5th annual fundraiser called Puggerfest at Stars & Stripes Park in Oklahoma City. This event is open to the public and the cost is $5 for adults, $2 for children 12 and under and all pugs are admitted FREE. All proceeds will benefit Homeward Bound's rescue efforts.

Contest events at Puggerfest will include Best Costume, Best Trick, Best Kisser, Curliest Tail, Agility and more. Other activities include a large silent auction of numerous pug and dog related items, bandana making for your dogs, pet photography and much more. Lunch will also be available for purchase.

Plus, this year there will be a special raffle held for a 50" flat screen television. Raffle tickets are only $5 each or 6 for $25. The drawing will be held at Puggerfest, but you need not be present to win. The new 2008 Puggerfest t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event for $20 or on line now for an additional shipping fee of $2.50.
