57th Annual Walnut Creek Fine Arts festival September 22, 2006

The sidewalks of downtown Walnut Creek play host to one of the nation’s top outdoor art shows – the 57th Semi-Annual Walnut Creek Fine Arts and Crafts Fall Sidewalk Fair. The fair will extend along the sidewalks of Cypress Avenue, Locust and North Main streets between Mt. Diablo Boulevard and Civic Drive, Friday, Sept. 22 and Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sponsored by the by the Downtown Business Association and Contra Costa Times, this free event will feature 200 artists traveling from throughout California as well as Oregon, Utah, Washington, Arizona and New Mexico to showcase their original paintings, photography, sculptures, jewelry, ceramics and more.
