4th of July Parade Run July 4, 2012

Ever want to run with 40,000 spectators? Here's your chance!

This popular and festive 5k fun run and walk takes place along the route of one of the most popular 4th of July parades in Northern California, so you'll have no shortage of supporters. Afterwards, stay for the parade and festival.

Proceeds from Parade Run benefit the Redwood City Education Foundation Save Our School Music campaign to keep instrumental music education in our schools.

Parade Run is the first event in our Redwood City Race Series, which also includes OktobeRun, the Peninsula's only half marathon, held the second Saturday of October.
