Conference Objective & Theme

Objective: Youth pursue entrepreneurship as career option and employ an entrepreneurial attitude to excel and remain competitive in the workforce.
This years theme, EYE Am An Agent for Change, challenges and celebrates youth who are transforming their communities and the economy by launching successful business ventures. This new theme and anthem or lifestyle, if you will, EYE Am An Agent for Change will be declared by all youth who are building their entrepreneurial skill and mindset to positively impact the lives of others.
It also features interactive workshops, awards to youth entrepreneurs and those servicing youth, Biggest Boss business plan competition, marketplace and idea exchange to foster youth entrepreneurship.
Research shows that youth who are exposed to entrepreneurship and apply an entrepreneurial mindset in their daily lives have:
Increased willingness to take personal responsibility
Increased earning power
Enhanced social skills
Improved grades
Increased participation in school-related activities
