4th Annual Boss Hog Cook-Off ~~ May 8 and 9, 2009 ~~
BBQ afficiandos and competition cooks alike won't want to miss the Boss Hog Cook-Off located in beautiful Waynesboro, Ga. A 2-day Georiga State Championship sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society cook-off event with a total prize purse of $10,000! Join us for plenty of food, fun and entertainment as teams compete from around the country. Fun for the entire family with kids activities including but not limited to a mechanical bull, Mutton Bustin contests, kids' inflatables, King of the Wings contest (Friday night), Queen of the Wings womanless beauty pageant (Friday night) and much more.

The Savannah River BlueGrass Band will perform on Saturday, sponsored by the Waynesboro-Burke Concert Series.

Gates open to the public on May 8th from 5:30pm to 11pm, and on May 9th from 10:30am to 5:30pm.

Tickets for Friday night are $5 in advance, $10 at the gate.
Tickets for Saturday are $5 in advance, $5 at the gate.
Advance tickets are available at all local Waynesboro banks.
