One breath and one stair at a time, the American Lung Association of Colorado (ALAC) and an anticipated 2200 Coloradans will climb Republic Plaza, the tallest building in the Rocky Mountain West, to take steps in our fight prevent lung disease and promote lung health.
As ALAC’s biggest fundraising event of the year, the 4th annual stair climb anticipates it will raise more than $300,000. Climbers will take off in 8-second intervals and climb 56 floors and 1,098 steps to reach the stunning views of Denver’s skyline before returning to the lobby for interactive booths.
Individuals can register for the early bird price of $25 (until December 15th) or $35 regular registration with a required $53 pledge minimum (to represent the culmination of the climb on the 53rd floor). Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories.
