45 Shootout is "Dancehall Punk," a twisted amalgamation of aggressive dancehall rock and dub-style reggae. Formed in Brooklyn, NY, in the summer of 2009, the group has been developing its sound in the studio and performing at rock clubs and underground loft parties in and around Brooklyn. The band is fronted by dancehall vocalist Kyle Bell, who has toured with Jah Roots and opened for acts such as Damian Marley and Luciano.
