Aspiring scribes are invited to join Gotham Writers' Workshop in the 'Write' of Spring by partaking in one (or two) of 44 free creative writing classes offered on April 6 and 7 in Manhattan.
Professional writers on the school's faculty will teach introductory classes in more than a dozen forms of writing, including: Fiction Writing, Screenwriting, Songwriting, TV Writing, Playwriting, Children's Book Writing, Article Writing, Stand-up Comedy Writing, and Nonfiction Writing. There's even a class for those who want to write but aren't sure how--Creative Writing 101.
These one-hour classes will help demystify the writing process through an engaging combination of lectures and in-class exercises.
While the classes are free, classroom space is limited and pre-registration is required. For class details and to enroll, visit http://www.Free.WritingClasses.com.
