3's Kickoff Pig Roast April 19, 2012

Clarendon hotspot, 3, is celebrating the return of warm weather by bringing back its popular Patio Pig Roast series through the summer season. On the third Thursday of every month through September 20th, 3 roasts whole smoked Tamworth and Berkshire hogs and serves up a menu of homemade sides and drink specials on its expansive, lively outdoor terrace.

The monthly roasts will feature several specials including $5 fresh-off-the-pig pulled pork sandwiches, $3 beer drafts and Porkslap, $5 Bacon Bloody Marys, $5 featured wines and a variety of sides including handcut fries and housemade slaw to accompany the juicy pork.

3 is kicking off the popular summer roasts with a charity Pig Roast on Thursday, April 19 from 4-8 p.m. where a portion of proceeds will benefit the Southern Foodways Alliance (SFA), a cultural nonprofit organization which documents, studies and celebrates the diverse food cultures of the American South.
