3rd Forest Engineering Conference (FEC) September 30, 2007

The 3rd Forest Engineering Conference (FEC) will take place October 1-4, 2007 in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada under the theme “Sustainable Forest Operations: The future is now!”.

The FEC* provides a forum for forest engineers from around the world to share experiences, knowledge and viewpoints. It will be a joint event with the 2007 COFE (Council of Forest Engineering) annual meeting, and also with IUFRO’s (International Union of Forest Research Organizations) Division 3 mid-term meeting.

The conference will span over four days and will include technical sessions, poster sessions, one field excursion and assorted social activities. Consult the Conference Guide for details.
