OFF ROVER
Annual sold out trip for Land Rover owners to go beyond and travel in the tracks of the legendary original Great Continental Divide Expedition.
This year's trip is dedicated to supporting the efforts of www.jordanromero.com in his quest to be the younges person ever to complete the "7 Summits" which is the tallest mountain on each continent. He's 12 and only has two ascents left.
Off Roving is donating the proceeds of this years trip and seeking pledges for $0.10 for every vertical foot we ascend. The money willgo to Jordan's $100k cost for his next climb in Antarctica.
A gala event is being hosted by Land Rover Mission Viejo, CA Aug 22nd, 2008. The evening will also be the ribbon cutting launch of the GD3 drivers signaling the start of the Great Divide III.
Attend the fundraiser, meet Jordan and hear of his travels, make a pledge to help him livbe fully. Watch for Jordan on National Geographic, Forbes, Sports Illustrated, and many other media as he continues to set world records. He is a truly authentic kid who is a role model indeed.
