3rd Annual Gator Run April 26, 2009

Featuring Chip Timing and new this year a 1 Mile Kids Fun Run! The 3rd Annual Gator Run is presented by the Rotary Club of Simi Sunset. A fun, family-oriented and community event, the Gator Run 5K/10K is perfect for runners, walkers, beginners, recreational and elite athletes. Come and join us for a great event!

New for 2009–Kids 1 mile fun run! (Ages 6-12 only) All fun run participants receive t-shirt and finishers prize. Also - special Military Division! Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall, Military and male and female 5K and 10K winners.

Registration in the 5K and 10K includes the awesome Gator Run t-shirt, goodie bag, doorprizes and refreshments. Commemorative Pins to the first 500 entrants! Portions of proceeds from the event will benefit For The Troops, a non-profit organization providing care packages to our front line troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Be a fundraiser! RAISE $250 FOR "FOR THE TROOPS" AND RECEIVE A FREE ENTRY INTO THE RACE!

Sole Purpose will be at the Health & Fitness Expo collecting your gently worn shoes to be donated to the homeless.
