3rd Annual Earth Day Celebration April 25, 2009

Celebrate the 3rd Annual Aquarena Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 25 from 12-6 p.m. at Texas State University-San Marcos’ Aquarena Center.

Earth Day is observed internationally on April 22, however the Aquarena events are being held Saturday to allow more people the opportunity to participate.

This year’s event will include a blessing of the springs, distinguished speakers, educational booths, live music, regional food and vendor booths, recreational activities, Texas State Student Organizations and more!

• Recreational activities include glass-bottom kayak tours, and $2 off of a glass-bottom boat tour with a contribution of 10 aluminum cans
