3rd Annual Brad James Memorial Fundraiser to benefit the Colorado Greyhound Association June 2, 2012

We are excited to announce our 3rd annual memorial fundraiser! Prickly Pete's is once again hosting this event and we have many exciting things planned to make this year bigger and better! Last year we raised $1500 and this year our goal is $2000!

TEXAS HOLDEM POKER TOURNAMENT:
A $20 donation will reserve you a seat! We only have room for 50 poker players, so reserve your seat early! Assuming we sell out all 50 seats the total prize pool will be $300 cash money!
As in previous years the dealers will be donating all tips to the cause, and we will once again have some fun ways to "break the rules" during the game for a small donation!

LIVE MUSIC ON THE PATIO:
Not playing poker? No problem! For a $5 suggested donation you can enjoy Prickly Pete's great outdoor patio, along with some live music! We are still working on booking some acoustic acts, so more details to come, but music will start at 6:30 and continue throughout the evening.

RAFFLE & OTHER WAYS TO DONATE:
We have already started gathering some great items to include in this years raffle! Tickets will still be $1 each or 8 for $5! We ARE still looking for more great gift cards or items for the raffle so please contact us if you would like to donate something!

Prickly Pete's will once again be donating $1/drink for each of the drink specials that are sold throughout the evening. We are still working out the exact details, but look for Tuaca, Jager, and a special "greyhound" drink to be on the list!

CUTE PUPPIES:
This year we are working more closely with the Colorado Greyhound Association http://www.greyhoundadoption.com/ We hope to have many of their members at the event, along with several cute greyhounds that are available for adoption!

For those of you that do not know, a very good friend of ours, Brad James, passed away over Memorial Day weekend 3 years ago. Not long before Brad passed his best friend, a greyhound named Tuaca, passed as well. Steph and I created this event as a way to celebrate the memory of our friend, and as an opportunity to provide much needed funds to an organization that we know Brad would appreciate. We are a small event, organized by nothing more than Steph and I's time, and are proud to say that every single dollar donated goes directly to the Colorado Greyhound Association.
