36th Annual Mexican Dinner and Cultural Days Event will take place on Saturday, September 25th. Hosted by St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Community in Frisco, TX. The event is held on the parish grounds which are located at 8000 Eldorado Parkway in Frisco (on the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Rogers Road.)
The Annual Mexican Dinner is a long standing tradition of St. Francis and the surrounding community, two years ago it augmented to include a cultural celebration along with music, dancing, a childrenÃs carnival and other entertainment throughout the day where family, friends, faith and the community all come together. More than 20 Cultural Tents will be on display. Each Cultural Tent carries the theme of a specific country, providing fun-facts about the country including ways that the Catholic Faith is celebrated in that particular region of the world. This parish embraces its cultural diversity, blending its rich Hispanic Heritage with the many different ethnicities of its ever-growing parishioner base through fellowship. The event will be open to the public beginning at 12:00pm to 7:00pm.
A family of four will be able to enjoy the Mexican Dinner and entertainment for about $20.
