The mandatory Captains' Meeting for the 34th Annual Exchange Club Blue Water Open "Dolphin Mania" Charity Fishing Tournament will be held Friday, May 21, at the Fort Pierce City Marina. Registration for the tournament begins at 6:00pm, and the Captains' Meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
