Brazilian and Latin Jazz artist Danny Green makes his first performance at Oceanside Museum of Art Thursday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. for 333’ s Jazz at the Museum concert series. A native of Southern California, Green has a pulse on keeping the tradition of jazz piano alive while stepping boldly into the future through the use of cultural sounds and world music rhythms. The evening will begin with tasty appetizers from 333 Pacific restaurant and a variety of wines at 7:00 p.m. 333 Pacific has partnered with the museum to present a swinging jazz concert series paired with gourmet appetizers, desserts and specialty wines. Admission is $25 or $20 for members of Oceanside Museum of Art. Admission is at the door, there is open seating and no reservations. In addition to the concert, guests will have the opportunity to view the exhibitions, Defying Expectations: Contemporary Native American Art from the San Diego Region, Quilt Visions 2010: No Boundaries, and Liquid: Richard Gleaves.
