30th anniversary of Watauga County Farmers' Market July 31, 2004

Get ready for a day full of fun and entertainment, including a children's play that will be performed by the cast of Horn in the West at 10 a.m. Live Bluegrass music will be provided by the local group 'Balance and the Slippery Slope'. The Horn of Freedom singers will also perform, and tickets for that weekend's performance of the Horn in the West outdoor drama will be sold at half price. Watauga County residents will be able to purchase tickets for five dollars that are redeemable all summer long. There will be a free raffle all morning with drawings for prizes every half hour. Woodlands Bar-B-Que will also be there with plenty of great food.
