30th Anniversary American Royal BBQ October 2, 2009

2009 marks the 30th year of the American Royal Barbecue, which touts itself as the World Series of barbecue and the country's biggest barbecue competition. Tens of thousands come to the historic West Bottoms to join in the barbecue fun. In addition to the food, visitors can enjoy live music, kid's activities and fireworks.
