Registration limited to 15 participants
This 3-session course (90 minutes each) begins with a review of basic and intermediate stakeholder engagement techniques. Participants will then analyze the effectiveness of existing techniques used in their own work.
Finally, participants will prepare and present a strategy for improving the effective of their practice based on guidelines and techniques discussed in the class.
You'll take away:
* An understanding of the benefits and tradeoffs associated with different engagement techniques
* Guidelines for the appropriate selection and use of engagement techniques based on your project goals
* Measures of effectiveness, which you can use to analyze the engagement techniques you encounter now and in the future
