Scotch pairings are one of the hottest new trends in the food and drink world. Join Texas de Brazil for an evening of exquisite food and scotch pairings at the Texas de Brazil Scotch Dinner, Tuesday, January 19. The Scotch Dinner will feature:
• Welcome drink: Black Grouse and Ginger Ale
• 1st course: Mache Salad with Pan Seared Goat Cheese, Figs and Apricot Macallan 15 Dressing, Macallan 15 year Fine oak
• 2nd Course: Texas de Brazil’s famous meats including but not limited to Picanha, leg of lamb and Brazilian sausage. The meat will be paired with the Highland Park 18yrs, a heavy, smoky and meaty scotch.
• 3rd Course: Triple layer Chocolate mousse cake and Macallan 18yrs with ice sphere presentation.
• Adriana Group Brand Ambassadors Martin Daraz and Jay Liddell will be in attendance to facilitate the scotch tastings
