We were disgusted at the lack of class the manager showed us when our meal was returned TWICE!
Her bulling and the disgraceful way she handled the situation to the point of making degrading remarks about us openly goes to show how badly this place has fallen.
We were not interested in being passivised by offerings of pie, therefore she took it upon herself to degrade us in FRONT of other customers, loudly...
At no point did we insult our waitress, nor were we rude, we just in our meal replaced.
We could not have been any more nicer, then we were. We even told her she had done a very good job and that this situation and any way reflected upon her person.
Yet the manager was so rude and classless we were just applaud by her reaction. The best she said she could was NOT to make us pay for a diner that was barely touched since it was barely cooked.

We have been all over the world and have dined in some of the best restaurants and worst, but this is the first time a manager has been so openly rude just to cover her ass in front of the owner.
We are disgusted with the new management of this place, which is a shame since we have been going there for the last twenty years or so.

If you do go, DON'T order the fish, the steak is less then stellar as well.
