Dogs, cats and other animals become the focus during the 2nd Annual Spring Pet Days on Saturday and Sunday, March 27 and 28 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The meaning and benefits of adopting a pet are emphasized at this two day event and features several nonprofit organizations and specialty rescue centers with animals ready for adoption. Along with adoption opportunities, animal care and the importance of spaying and neutering will be emphasized through educational information, guest speakers and entertaining programs. Training tips, safety and animal welfare subjects along with pet related vendors will be included.

Space fees are waived for 501c3 organizations; otherwise it is $35 per space per day.
The public may not bring their personal pets to this event, with the exception of therapy and seeing eye dogs.
In its 41st year, the Orange County Market Place is held every Saturday and
Sunday from 7 a .m. to 4 p.m. at the O. C Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa
(except during the Orange County Fair each summer) and includes nearly 1,000
vendors selling an assortment of merchandise and services, a produce market,
children’s play area, Artisans’ and Crafters’ Corner, hair salon and a variety of
