Check-in at respective Inn/Lodge, receive Welcome Packet:
Pre-registered participants, packet will include - T-Shirt(s), patch(es), wrist band(s) for Sat. dinner, waivers for Yahtzee run
Non-registered participants, packet will include - patch(es), registration form(s), waivers for Yahtzee run

Friday night cocktail reception hosted by: The Silo Restaurant, with entertainment.
Tables will be setup for all registration and waiver forms to be turned in. Yahtzee sheets will be issued to participants, once all forms have been received. No check-in for Yahtzee run on Saturday, will be necessary for those submitting their forms at the reception.
Saturday morning breakfast
Starting from the Gray Ghost Inn - 150-160 mile Yahtzee Run through scenic Vermont.
(Road Captains will lead first group out at 8:30 am)
Day Registrations for the Yahtzee run (T-shirts will be available for purchase)
From 8:30 am - 10:30 am, every 30 minutes a Road Captain lead ride will depart.
Saturday night dinner, awards, raffles and live entertainment at the
Mt. Snow Conference Facility.
(50% of the dinner price will be donated back to the event)

Free transportation to and from the nightly events,
courtesy of the local cab company for tips only.

Sunday morning breakfast and a nice ride home
