2nd Annual Fundraiser for the Food Crisis in Niger June 16, 2012

The Nigerien Association of Michigan will be hosting the 2nd Fundraiser for the hungry in the Republic of Niger, West Africa.
The major cause of this event will serve to fight the recent devastating drought that has left the country of the Republic of Niger unable to feed millions of people. Malnutrition, hunger, and disease of children and their families are rampant.
According to UNICEF, Niger is one of the African countries that receive the least international funding to help this problem. Our aim is to provide food and medical supplies to alleviate their suffering.

Together we can end the food crisis!!!!!
