2nd Annual Black Pearl Expo February 18, 2012

The 2nd Annual Black Pearl Expo Hosted by The Black pearl Association on Saturday, February 18th, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. It will be held at the Horseshoe Arena Located at 2514 Arena Trail, Midland, Texas (Free to the Public). This will be an in-door event for Vendors, Entertainers and Speakers. We will be showcasing over 100 American Businesses and Organizations throughout West Texas. We hope to have a huge success as we celebrate the richness of our Black American culture! Following the Expo, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity will be hosting a Scholarship Ball from 7:00pm until Midnight the ticket are $25.00 singles and $40.00 couples if you are interested please let us know so we can reserve you some tickets.
Friday, February 11th,
The building will be open Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for vendors to set up. Vendors must be finish setting up by 5:00pm. We will be using a drape and pipe set up which will give you better parameters, the booth set up is 8x10. This includes a table and two chairs. The vendors name will be set on the tables, that will be your assigned booth for the event, please do not change the names on the tables. Social Hour for sponsors and vendors will start at 7:00pm until 10:00pm. Live Music and Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served at the Social Hour. This event is to show our appreciation to our participants.

Saturday 18th, 8:00am – 9:30am
The building will open at 8:00am for the vendors and entertainers. Guest will be arriving at 10:00am, so vendors need to be in place by 9:30am. The morning program will start at 10:00am. We’re asking (1) Door Prize from each Vendor for attendees.
