The NBWMC will celebrate their 28th Annual Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Host Church is: All Saints Spiritual Temple of Faith, 4253 O'Dell Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; under the Leadership of Cardinal James Joseph, Sr. State Greeter is Pastor Demetria M. Powers-Moore. The NBWMC will be received to Louisiana by the LOUISIANA WOMEN MINISTERS ASSOCIATION, under the leadership of Dr. Mary Batton. A Special Welcome Service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009---Black & White Banquet. Royal Blue should be worn on Thursday for all members.
