21st Century Job Skills: Leading From Within September 28, 2011

A 2-hour work session to assess and develop leadership qualities using interactive and improvisational techniques. This course is designed for professionals evolving into management or leadership roles, or growing within these roles. 

 We’ll use real-world scenarios and interactive games to explore the subtle and overt communications that define leadership. We’ll explore how verbal and nonverbal communication, body language, emotional cues, microexpressions and language choices affect status in relationship.
 You’ll practice leadership in the session, developing your ability to read and run a room with clarity, authenticity, and authority, while setting a tone of inclusion, enthusiasm and expansion.
