The 20th Annual Young Inventors Showcase of Houston is a competition in which one kid may possibly get the chance of a lifetime to patent an idea for free! The contest is sponsored by the Young Inventors Association of America and the Houston Inventors Association. The challenge is to devise a totally original creation or develop an invention based on an existing product. They may use household materials to create their designs and follow the common rule of invention: “How can I make something easier?”
Hosting this event and serving as “honorary judge” will be none other than one of the greatest genius of all time, Dr. Albert Einstein—alive and kicking! Einstein will be at the Museum from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Admission: $5 per person
