Celebrating Twenty Years of Hispanic Excellence

The 20th Annual Willie Velasquez Hispanic Excellence Awards Gala will take place on Friday, October 29, 2010 at the stylish Omni Hotel, located at 4 Riverway, Houston, Texas 77056. The event will recognize several outstanding individuals, honoring our foremost Hispanic leaders in education, business, health, and public/community service. This award is presented to Hispanics who follow the example of legendary civil rights leader, Willie Velasquez, by demonstrating courage, leadership and service to their community The gala will benefit Tejano Center for Community Concerns and the Raul Yzaguirre School for Success.
