Local and international dishes prepared by local chefs and food artisans from locally grown and produced foods. Classy, unusual, “not your mother’s sit-down dinner”. Chef Cory Schreiber of The International Culinary School and several other locally renowned chefs will prepare their specialties while guests look-on and taste results fresh from the stove. Several PFM vendors will be present and provide tastings. Two open kitchens, live music, student involvement, intimate lounges and dining spaces and other fun stuff will entertain guests.
