The 2013 San Francisco Decorator Showcase will be held at 2800 Pacific Ave, at the corner of
Divisadero. The instantly-recognizable Georgian-style mansion will be transformed by the
region’s top interior and landscape designers into the West Coast’s premier showcase.
Known as Herbst Manor, 2800 Pacific Avenue was built in 1899 by Ernest Coxhead, the architect for San Francisco’s Holy Innocents Episcopal Church as well as several Pacific Heights homes. This historically significant home features stunning old-world craftsmanship and sweeping panoramic views of San Francisco Bay and the city. The elegant home features, spacious formal rooms, a dramatic grand stairway, and a beautiful penthouse suite and outdoor terrace with panoramic views.

For the past 35 years, the annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase has benefited San Francisco University High School's financial aid program, raising over $12 million and benefiting hundreds of students. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the participation of hundreds of accomplished designers, the school's trustees, parents, faculty, alumni, students, friends, and the thousands of Showcase visitors each year; the San Francisco Decorator Showcase allows San Francisco University High School to offer financial aid to its students. It is through the community's continued support that quality education has been made available over the past three decades to hundreds of deserving Bay Area students.
