2012 Top Austin Model Casting February 25, 2012

Top Austin Model is a multistage competition for Austin-based models, featuring all local talent.

This is event is free and open to the public. We encourage family, friends, and fans to come out and support your favorite Austin models! Come check out our fabulous DJ and drink specials from 6-9pm. Anyone under 21 must attend with a parent or guardian; 21+ only after 9pm.

Requirements:
- must be based in Austin
- female models only
- 13 years or older
- cannot be signed with an agency
- minimum height 5'6
- must maintain size 0-6
*Models must arrive at 6pm for check-in and all registrants must be present for consideration. Models should wear solid, form fitting clothing, high heels, minimal accessories, and natural makeup.

M O D E L . C A S T I N G
Models will learn about our sponsors, event details, and mingle before having the opportunity to walk twice for our panel of judges. This event will be open to the public. Fifteen Models will be selected to move on to the next stage of the competition.

P H O T O . S H O O T S
Models will participate in a photo shoot prior to each runway show. Models will be allotted a limited number of frames and the panel will chose one photo to be edited and given to the model for her portfolio for each shoot. These edited photos will be placed on the website and featured during the Finale Event.

S H O W C A S E . E V E N T
The 15 semi-finalists will participate in a fashion show featuring local boutiques, hair Stylists, and makeup Artists. Ten models will be selected to move on to the next round.

F I N A L E . E V E N T
Models will participate in a fashion show featuring local designers, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artists, and Entertainers. The winner will be announced at the end of the night and prizes will be awarded.

F A N . F A V O R I T E
All fifteen models will have the judged photo from their first photo shoot placed on ButterFly Entertainment's Facebook fan page where friends, family, and fans can vote who they think should be the winner. Each model will remain in the Fan Favorite competition, even if they are eliminated in a previous round.
