New Year's Eve dining at Tuscany begins with an amuse bouche of fresh brulee with roasted beets and wild arugula followed by a choice of a brussels sprout salad with pecorino cheese and tart cherry vinaigrette; creamy polenta with a sunny side up farm fresh egg and Fontina cheese; or clams steamed with Pinot Grigio. Diners will enjoy a second-course choice of spinach raviolis stuffed with oregano ricotta or spaghetti carbonara; entrees featuring sea bass served with carrot ring pasta and saffron; Kurobuta pork chop and Yukon Gold potato puree with a black truffle gastrique; rack of lamb with herb tortellini and roasted cipollini; or roast squab with lentils du puy, house-made pork belly and watercress. A duo of strawberry cannelloni and blood orange olive oil cake; or a chocolate espresso tart with white chocolate rosemary Bavarian served with gianduja ganache will be offered for dessert.
Offered from 5 to 10 p.m. on Dec. 31, the Tuscany New Year's Eve dinner is
$65 per adult and includes a glass of sparkling wine; and $34 per child.
New Year's Eve dining at Meritage Steakhouse will include a choice of Caesar salad or McClendon’s salad consisting of pomegranates and Fuji apples in an ice wine vinaigrette or clam chowder for starters. Entrée selections will include filet mignon with cabernet demi glacè, smoked prime rib with horseradish cream or cod in a morel mushroom and lobster sauce. Side dishes include Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, organic green beans, wild mushrooms and sweet potato gratin. Tantalizing desserts include a white chocolate champagne torte or espresso gelato.
Served from 5 to 9:30 p.m., the New Year's Eve dinner is $59 per adult and $29 for children under 12.
