2011 Gleaners Iron Chef Competition August 11, 2011

The annual Gleaners Iron Chef event is a culinary competition between two local top chefs judged by a variety of metro Detroit’s culinary experts and community leaders. This exciting event raises money to feed Livingston County families in need. The chefs will be challenged to create an appetizer, entrée and dessert with the ‘secret ingredient’.
Tickets include samples of appetizers, desserts and drinks from local restaurants, caterers and merchants, silent auction and an opportunity to taste and vote for their ‘fan favorite’ sampling the competing chef’s creations.
