2011 Chinese New Year Celebration: The Year of the Rabbit, from 12:00 to 3:30 PM at the University of Denver, Ritchie Center
For the 8th year in a row, Denver Chinese School, in partnership with over 20 other Asian American organizations, presents the largest Chinese New Year Celebration in Colorado featuring professional performers from China and around the US. Last year,near 3000people attended the cultural fair, sampled delicious Chinese food, and watched a great show. This year's event promises to be even larger and better!
The event include the following activities:
- A two-hours cultural and entertainment show performed by Award-winning professional artists from China and around US including magic, music, Asian folk and opera songs, acrobatics, lion dance, Kung Fu, solo and group folk dances and more
- Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition by Mr. Zheng, ShanLu from Beijing
- Variety of Chinese and Asian Pacific booths (cultural exhibits, arts & crafts, etc.)
- Children's games and cultural programs
- Door Prizes

Your tickets will be reserved and can be picked up between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on the date of the celebration at the celebration entrance.
