The Gourmet Food & Wine Expo offers guests an unparalleled opportunity to sample 1,500 fine wines, beers and spirits and savour the culinary stylings of Toronto’s best restaurants. The Expo embraces the style and sophistication of a cocktail party paired with unprecedented educational opportunities and compelling feature areas.
A wine lover’s dream! Taking centre stage this year will be the new InterVin Award Winners Pavilion -- a 2,500 square foot showcase of the top scoring wines from this year's prestigious competition. The popular Fine Wine Tasting Lounge will offer a rare opportunity to stock your cellar and sample premium private order and Vintages selections. The Connoisseur’s Corner Stage features informal wine education led by wine experts from the Independent Wine Education Guild. And the pinnacle event for wine enthusiasts is the Tutored Tastings Program -- incredible hosts, engaging topics and unrivalled access to the world’s best wines, with tickets including admission to the Expo.

Bring your appetite! Foodies come in droves to sample from Toronto’s top restaurants and gourmet food purveyors throughout the Expo floor. The Food Network Stage hosts celebrity chefs and Nine of Dine award winners preparing and sampling their top recipes. The Dairy Farmers of Canada present Cheese Corner featuring artisan cheese tasting and educational seminars. This year's Expo welcomes Celebrity Chef David Adjey, host of Food Network's The Opener, and four culinary greats from Texas as we Savour the Flavours of the Lone Star State.
Beyond the wine glass! The Spiritology Pavilion will educate aspiring mixologists on the hottest trends and serve up some serious libations. Mott's Clamato Caesar School offers a hands-on class in creating Canada's National Cocktail. The Fine Scotch Tasting Lounge will warm up your winter with superb examples of single malt and superior blended scotch and rye whiskeys. Finally, add a little “hop” in your night with more delicious craft beers and notable international brews than ever before!

The new not-to-be-missed pinnacle event is this years’ Gourmet Gala, an ultra-exclusive VIP event on Friday, November 19th just above the Expo floor. Hosted by VINES Editor Christopher Waters, guests will mingle with an impressive list of Canada’s leading wine experts, winemakers and InterVin judges. The Gala's exquisite six-course meal will be paired with many InterVin International award-winning wines. Tickets are $195 and include admission to the Expo.
